Even better, though, today's driver Noe Montes called me at work to let me know I would be his only passenger this afternoon.He offered to pick me up any time that would work for me. This company is my favorite shuttle company that I use everytime. The driviers are really nice and kind and I would like to share my experience today. I met Mr. Randy today as my driver and he was so kind to the passengers and most of all, HE WAS FAST!!!!!!!! He was so fast and drove so smoothly, and I couldnt even feel I am in the car, and I thought I was in my grandma's couch. I arrived at airport 30 minutes earlier than the expected time, since he was so good. I definitely recommend this shuttle company and I think the company should reward Mr. Randy more for his kind service!!!! 100 stars and I want to recommend to my friends.

I took a trip to Purdue through EAC and was blessed to have Randy as my driver. He drives smoothly and gets us to our destination quickly. It's so easy to fall asleep in the vehicle. Randy is super friendly and he cares a lot about his passengers, and makes an effort to make sure they're comfortable. I will definitely be making this trip again, I hope Randy is my driver!

I took EAC shuttle bus this morning. Our driver is Mr. Randy. I was very impressed by his professionalism and kindness. He was very punctual, which is kind of rare in my recent shuttle ride experience. I was not on his list. Mr. Randy was very considerate. He took my luggage and asked me to get on the bus as it was very cold. Then we figured out that my reservation saying 5:55 PM instead of 5:55 AM. He made sure the temperature right and let everybody catch up some sleep. I ride shuttle bus often and hope every driver is just like Mr. Randy!! Mr. Randy: you are awesome! Thank you!

Express Air Coach is my savior. My flight to Chicago O’Hare was extremely delayed due to maintenance and weather issues, so I missed my connecting flight to Indianapolis. I had to be at Purdue early the next day and the airline was not able to accommodate that. One-way rental cars sold out because so many people were stranded and other shuttle services wouldn’t let me make a reservation without a 24 hour notice. Express Air Coach was the only service from Chicago O’Hare to Purdue that allowed me to make a reservation. I was suspicious because I had such bad luck during the trip thus far, so I called to confirm that the shuttle would be at the airport and make it to Purdue on time. The lady on the phone was really helpful and reassured me that everything was going according to plan. Randy showed up and was absolutely awesome. He helped me get my bags in the shuttle in the freezing weather and told us to let him know at any point if we needed to stop for anything. This was reassuring given that the trip from Chicago to Purdue is a few hours. There weren’t many people and the shuttle was clean. I was finally able to get some sleep after being up all night at the airport and felt completely comfortable doing so. Even though my original plan wasn’t to use a shuttle service, it ended up working out great. If I decide to attend Purdue I would use Express Air Coach again; I would hope to run into Randy again because he was much more friendly than your average driver.
